Excellent value, amazing windows and fabulous workmanship!

We were extremely impressed by Reg and his team from day one, from the very reasonable and prompt quote that he gave us to giving up time over the weekend to bring sample windows over to help us make the right decision.

Reg went above and beyond what you would expect of a double glazer and even when we made the wrong choice (so we thought at the time) to remove our old wooden sash windows and replace them with new ones (a lot of the surrounding woodwork had to be removed in the process), we called Reg and told him that we regretted our decision to replace the sash windows and he promised us that he could make good the windows and have them looking exactly like the old ones, and he did!  They look fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased with them. He is very passionate about windows and that was clear in the effort and care he took to ensure we loved our new windows.

He is also very honest and trustworthy as he and his team worked in the house while we were at work not to mention my partner had dropped an envelope of money, £340 at the end of our drive way (as we were paying alot of contractors at once) and luckily Reg had found it and phoned us straight away to ask if it was ours!

He is a lovely man who is clearly passionate about his work and this shows in the quality workmanship that he leaved behind. I would recommend him in an instant.

Smart Choice Windows were the cheapest quote from four that I received.  Although they were the cheapest, their professionalism and quality of work was excellent.

Firstly, I must make a special mention regarding the young lads working for Reg. They were very hard working, extremely well-mannered and completed a great job.  In addition to the work conducted throughout the day, the lads left the place spotless every night.  This was greatly appreciated and made the ordeal of having a whole new set of windows and doors installed much more bearable.

Reg's attention to detail and pride in his work was evident.  Upon inspection of the installment he noticed a few issues he wasn't please with, namely the rear door lock not aligning correctly. This was rectified very quickly as were the other minor snags.

Overall, I was very pleased with the attitude, hard work and quality of finish that was provided.  Smart Choice Windows proved to be great value for money and I would certainly recommend to anyone thinking if having windows and doors replaced.  Thanks Reg.
